Eudaemon Technologies Raises $4.5 Million Seed And Opens $10 Million Round To Commercialize Hydrogel Condom

Eudaemon Technologies has completed an oversubscribed $4.5 million Seed funding round, opened an additional $10 million capital raise, and launched a manufacturing facility in Sydney as it prepares its hydrogel condom technology for clinical development and global commercialization.

The company's hydrogel condom represents a departure from traditional latex and polyurethane products. The material is designed to address common complaints about existing condoms, including sensation loss, fit issues, and allergic reactions. Hydrogel offers a different combination of softness, strength, and elasticity that could improve user experience and encourage more consistent use.

The new manufacturing facility in Sydney will allow Eudaemon to produce pilot-scale batches and refine its production processes ahead of clinical trials. The company plans to use the fresh capital to fund regulatory work, expand its team, and move the product through the necessary testing phases required for market approval in multiple regions.

Investors backed the round despite a challenging funding environment for hardware and consumer health products. The oversubscription suggests confidence in the team's technical approach and the size of the addressable market. The global condom market continues to grow, driven by health awareness and demand for improved product design.

Eudaemon's leadership said the next phase will focus on clinical validation and scaling manufacturing. The company aims to position its hydrogel condom as a premium option that does not compromise on safety or comfort. With the additional $10 million round now open, Eudaemon expects to close the raise within the coming months and accelerate its path toward regulatory submission and commercial launch.
